Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation is received. You will get a notification once your order ships.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery option.

We currently ship within the U.S. and select international locations.

 

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

• International Shipping: 10–21 business days (customs fees may apply)

 

 

Damaged or Lost Orders:

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Radiantandredeemed@outlook.com.

Be sure to include your order number and a photo if possible.
