Refund Policy

Digital Products (Virtual Event Access, Downloads):

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges for digital content unless there is a technical error on our part.

 

Physical Products (Art Prints, Kits, etc.):

Refunds are only offered for defective or damaged products reported within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind.

 

Custom Art:

All sales are final once production has begun. Please ensure you approve all proofs before finalizing your custom order.
